NDI plug-in for Unreal Engine with UE5 Example is available on our Github.

NDI is a royalty-free software specification of transmitting video over an IP network developed by NewTek. Video signals can be sent and received in real-time to and from video software such as TouchDesigner and Resolume, and NDI-compatible video consoles such as TriCaster on the same network.

NewTek also offers an Unreal Engine-compatible plug-in, but compared to that our plugin supports the following features:

Receive in YUV 4:2:2 10bit / 16bit
Transmit in YUV 4:2:2 10bit
Support for frame metadata
Use Media Framework Interfaces as like as Blackmagic Media and Aja Media plug-ins.
